Románia 1925. "FSSR (Romániai Sportegyesületek Szövetsége) - Ludus Pro Patria" aranyozott bronz díjplakett, az előlapon Teszler János (1904-1947) nevére gravírozva, a hátoldalán "1925 Campion National" gravírozással. Teszler János hatszoros román válogatott támadó, pályafutása a Dumbrăveni csapatában indult, 1924-ben pedig onnan igazolt a Chinezul Timi?oara (1918-ig: Temesvári Kinizsi) gárdájához. A temesváriak a korszak sikercsapata voltak, messze felülmúlták a Trianon előtti román bajnokságban szereplő csapatok teljesítményét. Ezt jól mutatja, hogy első szezonjukban, 1920-1921-ben rögtön bajnokok lettek, majd zsinórban még öt alkalommal nyerték meg a bajnokságot egészen 1927-ig, jórészt romániai magyar játékosokkal (akkoriban a román válogatottban is a romániai magyar játékosok voltak többségben). Teszler Jánossal a soraiban háromszor lett aranyérmes a temesvári csapat (1924-1925, 1925-1926, 1926-1927). 1925. augusztus 9-én játszották a bajnokság döntőjét Aradon, ahol a Chinezul 5-1-re lemosta a pályáról az UCAS Petro?ani együttesét. Teszler ebben az idényben érdemelte ki ezt a díjplakettet. A támadó pályafutása furcsa véget ért Temesvárott, egy késeléses ügy után letartóztatták, majd védői kérésére szabadlábon védekezhetett. A tárgyalás napján azonban kiderült, hogy közben Magyarországra, az Újpest csapatához igazolt. Egy évvel később Pécsre szerződött, előbb a Pécs-Baranya FC, majd a Pécsi AC csapatához. (46x81mm) T:XF

János Teszler is a six-time Romanian national team striker, he's career began with the Dumbrăveni, and in 1924 he transferred from there to Chinezul Timişoara (until 1918: Temesvári Kinizsi). The Chinezul was a successful team of the era, far surpassing the performance of the teams in the pre-Trianon Romanian championship. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that in their first season, 1920-1921, they won the league, and then won it five more times in a row until 1927, mostly with Hungarian nationality players from Romania (at that time, Hungarian players were also in the majority in the Romanian national team).
