1939.XI.4. Schulmann Ignác, a Pester Lloyd nyomda igazgatójának levele Gerő Ödön (1863-1939) újságírónak, a Pester Lloyd műkritikusának, amelyben Gerő az évben megjelent Művészetről, Művészekről c. könyvéről ír: "Boldogan lapozom azt a könyvet, amellyel írói pályádat megkoronáztad (...) Ezt a könyvet nem elolvasni, hanem olvasni kell (...)". Másfél kézzel írt oldal, a Pester Lloyd igazgatói fejléces levélpapírján és eredeti Pester Lloyd igazgató feliratos borítékban. Gerő Ödön halála előtt mindössze néhány nappal íródott a levél.
