Beszámol egy ózdi gyárlátogatásról egy tanulmányi kirándulás keretén belül, amely során találkozott a gyárigazgatóval. Leírja, hogy "(...) elavult ócska a berendezés, nagyon elmaradt a szellem. Ha a tavalyi diósgyőri és mostani ózdi kirándulásaim alapján kell ítéletet alkotnom a magyar nehéziparról, akkor igen lesújtó eredményre jutok."
