Beszámol arról, hogy lesz egy igen fontos tárgyalása a hároméves tervvel kapcsolatban, amely még annak ellenére nincs jóváhagyva, hogy hivatalosan aug. 1. elkezdődött. Leírja, hogy járt a Nehézipari Központban (NIK) a terv ügyében. Más egyéb érdekes részlettel. 2 kézzel írt oldal, eredeti borítékban. A hároméves terv az első szovjet mintájú gazdasági terv volt Magyarországon.
