Latin nyelvű oklevél. Papír, a hajtások mentén kisebb sérülésekkel, felzetes rányomott viaszpecséttel, Lipót aláírásával valamint Kálnoky Sámuel erdélyi alkancellár és Fiáth János erdélyi kancelláriai tanácsos ellenjegyzésével. 1701 Leopold I Holy Roman Emperor and King of Hungary transcribes in full and confirms - upon the request of Márton Tar de Sziget - a previous charter issued by Michael II Apafi, granting Márton Tar tax exemption on his property in Máramarossziget (now Sighetu Marmaţiei, RO).
