1797. okt. 7. A lipniki (másnéven Hársas, ma Lipnik, Szlovákia) kúria feletti osztozkodás másolata 1745-ig visszamenőleg. Tóthfalussy János, Susanna Pfanschmiedt, Sophia Laszgalner, Ludvig és Samuel Metzner és Samuel Kéler között. Két
beírt oldal német nyelven. A dokumentumot az osztozkodók aláírásukkal és pecsétjeikkel erősítették meg, még a hölgyek is külön pecséttel rendelkeztek, mindegyik ép állapotban maradt fenn.
