Parancs az S.M.S. Balaton egy berendezésének javítására a bécsi Siemens & Halke által, mivel a fedélzeten nem javítható. A parancsot a felelős bizottság három tagja jegyezte. Az egyik a parancsnok, Demeter Rudmann Linienschiffleutnant (született 1889-ben, 1914. november 1-jén jegyezték be Linienschiffleutnantnak); a második a G.D.O., Ladislaus Bartha von Dalnokfalva Fregattenleutnant (született 1893-ban, 1916. november 1-jén jegyezték be Fregattenleutnantnak ? tíz nappal azelőtt, hogy új rangját ezen a dokumentumon feltüntette); a harmadik Hugo Karel, a távírószolgálat vezetője.

Order for the repair of a piece of equipment of S.M.S. Balaton by Siemens & Halke in Vienna, as it cannot be repaired on board. The ?inner windings are cracked or burnt. Reason unknown. No fault can be attributed to anyone,? the order dated October 20, 1916, states. It is signed by the three members of the commission in charge. One is the commanding officer, Linienschiffleutnant Demeter Rudmann (born in 1889, gazetted Linienschiffleutnant on November 1, 1914); the second is the G.D.O., Fregattenleutnant Ladislaus Bartha von Dalnokfalva (born in 1893, gazetted Fregattenleutnant on November 1, 1916 ? ten days before he used his new rank on this document); third one is Hugo Karel, a seaman in charge of the telegraph.
