A 28 éves korvettenleutnant, Hullmann Zoltán részére kiadott nyílt parancs, amelyben elrendelik, hogy Odesszából Sulinába hajózzon. Az 1918. április 29-én Odesszában kiadott parancsot Ivo Radeglia parancsnok írta alá az elő- és hátlapon. Nagyon ritka hajópecsétekkel.
