1937 Inez Bandholtz, Harry Hill Bandholtz (1864-1925) amerikai tábornok özvegyének aláírása papírlapon, kartonlapra ragasztva, felette férje szobrának leleplezése 1937-ben, újságkivágáson. Harry Hill Bandholtz (1864-1925) amerikai tábornok, az első világháború után az amerikai katonai misszió parancsnoka Magyarországon. 1919. október 5-én megakadályozta, hogy a megszálló román csapatok kifosszák a Magyar Nemzeti Múzeumot. A szobrot, Ligeti Miklós alkotását a szabadságtéren, 1936. augusztus 23. leplezték le.
