Német Harmadik Birodalom 1936. kétoldalas, öntött bronz emlékérem Berlin városától a Nemzetközi Olimpiai Bizottság (NOB) tagjainak, illetve a küldöttségek csapatvezetőinek. Az érem egyik oldalán a Brandenburgi kapu szerepel az olimpiai ötkarikával, felette a horogkereszt, előtérben a "Nie rastende Arbeit für Volk und Nation ist der Stolz unserer Stadt (Az emberekért és a nemzetért végzett, véget nem érő munka városunk büszkesége)" szöveg olvasható. A túloldalon Berlin ikonikus medvés címere látható, két oldalán az évszámmal, köriratban pedig a "Die Reichshauptstadt Berlin zu den 11. Olympischen Spielen (Berlin Birodalmi Főváros a 11. Olimpiai Játékokra)". Az érem peremén "ME" jelzés látható, a két betű között egy jellel. One side of the medal features the Brandenburg Gate with the Olympic rings, above it the swastika, and in the foreground the text "Nie rastende Arbeit für Volk und Nation ist der Stolz unserer Stadt (Unceasing work for the people and nation is the pride of our city)". The other side features Berlin's coat of arms with the iconic bear, with the year on both sides, and a circular inscription reading "Die Reichshauptstadt Berlin zu den 11.
