1769 Qianlong kínai császár győzelmeit megörökítő metszet-sorozat egy darabja. A nyugati régiók meghódítása sorozat, mely a mongolok és ujgurok felett aratott győzelmekre emlékezik. Az Oroi-Jalatu csata. A nagyméretű metszetekből álló sorozatot Joseph Castilhoni rajza alapján metszette J. Ph. Le Bas. A kínai császár az európai metszeteket láttán kapott kedvet ahhoz, hogy saját győzelmeit megörökítse. A nagyméretű rajzokat Kínában jezsuita misszionáriusok készítették, majd elküldték Párizsba, ahol azokat nyolc művész metszette Charles-Nicolas Cochin felügyelete alatt. Nagyméretű rézmetszet.. A metszet, a képen lévő három apró lyuktól eltekintve, jó állapotban. Le Bas Scul 1769; " The Qianlong emperor was inspired to celebrate his own victories by having them commemorated in prints. He commissioned the original set of sixteen engravings of his conquests on 13th July 1765 for the central hall of the Palace of Beijing. The drawings were prepared in China by Jesuit missionaries and sent to France, where the engravings were executed in Paris by eight artists under the direction of Charles-Nicolas Cochin of the Académie Royale at the Court of Louis XVI.
