1800 Ex offo letter of the Governing Council introducing the new Wiener-Banco-Zettel banknotes with autograph signatures of count Antonius Almasy, Franciscus Darvas and Michael Orbán in Latin German and Romanian language. There are two Formulares of the 1 Gulden and 2 Gulden banknotes. All of the eight pages are in very nice condition.
