The items of the major auction can be viewed personally in our office between 13-25 November during opening hours: Mon-Wen 10.00-17.00, Thu 10.00-19.00 and on the day of the auction between 10.00-15.00 (except Hungarian philately). The entire auction material is available at our website where you can place online bids as well.
Due to administrative reasons, our office is closed on 27 November 2017, therefore we cannot answer any phone calls on that day. Won auction lots can be picked up from 28 November 2017 10 am. Single items won at the floor auction can be picked up at the venue, collections and multiple item auction lots can be picked up at our office (our customer service is open on the day of the major auction).

E-mail / phone / fax bids are accepted until 6pm.
Ownership of a won auction item is transferred to the buyer after paying the hammer price + 22% buyer's premium. A 5% late fee will be charged for payments not received within 4 weeks of purchase. In case of floor auction lots, buyer complaints are accepted only at the venue. Complaints about shipped auction lots are accepted within 72 hours after delivery. Filing a complaint about any collection lots or items including more than 5 stamps, postcards etc. are not accepted at all. Darabanth Auction House reserves the right, with no further explanation or notice, to exclude anyone from the auction.
